Elegance
It’s The Only it! I have no other theme in mind but Elegance inspired by someone who calls me Ms. Elegant. It is true we cannot buy poise and grace but it is always possible to develop it from within. This first ever Themed photography collaboration with Filipino Migrant Workers showcased my personal style in terms of fashion and how I customize my glam from my outfit of the day or #OOTD to my hair, make up and accessories!

Mark Belangel is a Filipino Migrant Worker in Taiwan who has great passion in Photography. It started as an interest and then it evolved into another career as he developed his skills year after year of practicing.
Ben Edict is Mark’s apprentice. They are both a part of the Filipino Photography group called Litratista. I have witnessed one of their events in Taipei featuring fellow Migrant Workers for a Cosplay Competition.

Chini Huang, Gen or popularly known to Filipino Migrant workers as Madam PhilTai was like a shutter at first glance by Mr. Mark Belangel. They had an acquaintance at Mark’s Photography club called Litratista’s event in Taipei and from then on, she had never left Mark’s lens. He wanted to collaborate for a photoshoot as part of his portfolio.
Gen with a huge heart to her fellowmen, she gave Mark an opportunity to look deep inside the windows of her soul and capture it in a snap. Gen the owner, founder and host of;

was well known to many Filipinos. In fact, she is the most famous Filipino in Taiwan.
As a Model, she is a talent of V&L International Models and Talents, one of the credited and trusted agencies based in Taiwan and China.
As an Actress, she has always been a stage actress since she was 5 years old and this has been her edge for portraying the lead role in the shortfilms she had in the past years aside from the documentary films featuring her great works as a person and a resident in Taiwan.
As a Host, she had several national and big events that showcased her talent in hosting. In fact, her spontaneity on stage stunned so many Filipinos and Taiwanese.
As an Inspirational Speaker for her vision and mission of Culture Education, she has never failed to impact the audience on the positive characteristics of a Filipino and why is it Fun in the Philippines.
For a Portfolio of an aspiring photographer like Mark Belangel, it was indeed a great opportunity to see within the lens, the heart of this beautiful and talented woman.
