The success of PTOTV PhilTai Online Television in 2016 was the foundation of Liliang PhilTai Television in 2017 and 2018. Liliang is the direct transcription of the Chinese word “力量” which means “Strength”. The mission and vision of PTTV Liliang is to promote culture education and bridge the gap between Filipinos and Taiwanese.

Taiwan or was known in earlier historic documentation as Formosa is pretty much Chinese in many ways while the Philippines nevertheless is the only Western culture in Asia. This obvious culture difference inspired the owner and author of this website, Everyday with Gen ( https://everydaywithgen.com/) and the founder and host of Hellophiltai TV (https://www.facebook.com/hellophiltai/)on Facebook, Youtube and Tiktok to launch another program that was focused on culture education. This is why the program is called Liliang PhilTai Television (Liliang PTTV) in as much as the program title embodied the whole essence of the show.

This pilot episode was an emotional introduction of what Liliang PhilTai Program was about. Every year the number of Filipina married to Taiwanese men increases dramatically. This Liliang PhilTai Television Episode 1 Mama showcased the amazing view of Taipei in timelapse and it was concluded by a song rendered by a young Chinese girl in one of China’s national singing competitions.

This heart warming Episode 2 Anak which means Child for Liliang PhilTai Television showcased the talents of what we call here in Taiwan the “Second Generation”. What is a second generation or Di Er Dai 第二代? These kids are called Second Generation when one of their parents is a foreigner. Apparently in Taiwan, labeling is a trend and this is why Huang Chini 黃琦妮, the HellophilTai Online Media founder is exerting enormous effort on culture education with aspirations of eliminating the labeling trend and let people living in Taiwan see each other as a Family.

The issue on divorce between Filipino spouses and Taiwanese has become much more evident as the years passed. More and more Filipinas seek advice on how to divorce in Taiwan. This obviously ignited the Episode 3 which was about finding True love. The core value of your partner must be similar to yours for attraction may fade but the value remains. It is essential for a relationship and more importantly a marriage to have a certain glue that will make it work despite all the disagreements and differences. God and faith is the best glue.

In 2018 Hellophiltai Tv held Professional Make Up Class with Coach Bonnie Chen and the response for the said project was unexpectedly overwhelming. Originally, it was a one time class but due to the increasing number of interested participants, Hellophiltai Tv successfully completed 4 Professional Make Up classes with Filipinos and Taiwanese friends. This episode was also the culminating activity of the ladies who joined the Cosmetics Skills Training. This Episode 5 My Filipino English Teacher is closest to the heart of Gen Huang Chini 黃琦妮, the creator and producer of Liliang PhilTai Television because she is a licensed Secondary Teacher major in Social Science in the Philippines. Since 2007, she has been promoting the Filipino Teachers in Taiwan and finally, with several media engagements, more and more Taiwanese are in love with the amazing teaching skills and strategies of the Filipino Teachers.

In fact in 2019, Gen Hellophiltai Tv Founder and Host was invited to the huge English Language Learning Exhibit called Hi Dewey Education Fair in Huashan, Taipei City organized by Hi Dewey.
