Women’s empowerment can be defined to promoting women’s sense of self-worth, their ability to determine their own choices, and their right to influence social change for themselves and others.

Women are born powerful and with high tolerance of pain, reason why no matter how hard the climb is, they excel in many ways. However in some circumstances, some women feel lost and clueless of their capabilities thus limit their opportunities to unleash the true power that has always been there waiting for the spark to bring out the best in their lives.

To be able to bring out the best in a woman, environment, peers and proper maternal guidance are of the essence. These are the roots of molding a woman with a dream and good values. Although it is a form of success for a woman to achieve her highest potential, it is also vital to possess the core value that every female should have that is clearly defined in this verse:

Proverbs 31 Woman means working hard to become a woman who honors God. Remember that you are worthy of God's grace. Be truthful and faithful. Love others, be good to others and pray for others. Work hard in everything you do.

Indeed all women is beautiful and powerful but these attributes are not for controlling the world or men, instead these are the security blanket for the continuity of our humanity from generation to generations. Every woman has this motherhood instinct. This is why women must learn how to genuinely love and help others to become better people in this fast pacing world of 20th century.

2018 Rachelle – She was crowned this year because of her undeniable strength as a woman and a mother. Her husband died unexpectedly and she had to perform the responsibilities of being a parent alone. It was the most difficult time of her life but she strived to be better and be empowered.

2019 Agnes – A tough woman with a heart. She inspired all the women in her time to also focus on one’s health to be able to perform the task effectively and efficiently. She also taught the basic principles of self defense to women.
