One would think that all Tamsui can offer is the street food found in the old street near the MRT Station but to be honest Tamsui has a lot of restaurants that give you the vibe customized to your taste. I must say Tamsui is one of the biggest districts in New Taipei City as well as hottest destination too!

It is located at the northwestern part of Taiwan, known to be a “cold” area by the locals but the most romantic place to stay or spend a vacation. As for me, Tamsui is my home and despite the repeating comments of Tamsui being far from the metropolitan, I wouldn’t exchange Tamsui for any other city. Why?
