It was 2016 when Gen the founder and host of Hellophiltai Filipino Media in Taiwan finally launched the first ever PhilTai Talk Show entitled PTOTV which means P for Phil T for Tai O for Online and TV for Television.

The inspiration came from Gen or Huang Chini’s advocacy for Culture education. In this Talk Show, Taiwanese and Filipinos exchange their insightful idea on issues that matter. Sa'king puso at isipan,

Paano ba mabubuhay,

Bakit kulay kayumanggi?

Kaibahan ang nakikita.
Saan ka ba nanggaling?
